Pacific Typing Corporation is a team of real people who type and prepare New York State divorce forms and divorce documents. We type divorce papers for attorneys, paralegals, and people who represent themselves in court in New York State.

In cases where the Plaintiff and Defendant have marital property, marital debts, spousal maintenance, and or unemancipated children of the marriage, we prepare a comprehensive and detailed Stipulation of Settlement for the parties to sign. We also prepare Marital Settlement Agreements and Separation Agreements. The Stipulation of Settlement that Pacific Typing Corporation utilizes is based on the one that is available from the New York State Bar Association. Our Stipulation of Settlement has been customized over the years to conform with the unique requirements of the New York State Supreme Court on a county by county basis to facilitate the resolution of a NY uncontested divorce. Our Stipulation of Settlement is accepted in all New York Counties, and is successfully incorporated but not merged in all the UD-11 Judgment of Divorce forms we prepare for our clients. We recently revised our Stipulation of Settlement due to the increases required by New York State statute in the combined parental income child support cap, which is based on the consumer price index for all urban consumers (CPI-U) published by the US Department of Labor. The old caps were $130,000, and then $136,000 effective January 31, 2012, and then $141,000 effective January 31, 2014, and now $143,000 effective March 01, 2016. The statute requires adjustment of the cap on March 1st every other year.  In addition, our Stipulation of Settlement also has been updated to handle all issues relating to the new maintenance guidelines law, as well as the new temporary maintenance guidelines law. Our Stipulation of Settlement acts as a settlement agreement, divorce agreement, marital settlement agreement, marital divorce agreement, or divorce settlement agreement.

We prepare about 100 divorces a month for our clients. About half of those divorces require a stipulation of settlement. In other words, we prepare over 500 stipulations for divorce in New York every year. Over the years, we have developed our Stipulation of Settlement based on feedback we've received from attorneys, judges, and the court clerks. The Stipulation of Settlement we create is also a marital divorce agreement, settlement agreement, divorce agreement, marital settlement agreement, or divorce settlement agreement.
